Lead the Rewards & Performance function within a global logistics organization, focusing on standardization, digitalization, and alignment across diverse markets. Drive the development of frameworks and processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits.
  • Proven experience in an international matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with executive-level decision-making processes.
  • Strong strategic mindset and business acumen.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in change management and delivering value in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Management Team and Remuneration Committee, including preparation of the Remuneration Report.
  • Develop and refine the Career Framework.
  • Oversee annual reward processes, including global salary reviews and incentive awards.
  • Create and implement rewards-related policies and processes.
  • Manage performance management processes, including training for managers.

Skills

  • Leadership and strategic direction combined with hands-on involvement.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in human resources or related fields.

Tools

  • Experience with Workday and J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions.
