Lead the Rewards & Performance function in a global shipping and logistics organization, focusing on standardization, digitalization, and alignment across a complex international structure. Drive the development of frameworks and processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits.
  • Experience in an international matrix organization, adept at navigating complexities across countries.
  • Proven track record of working closely with Executive Management, supporting high-level decision-making.
  • Strong strategic mindset with business acumen to prioritize and execute effectively.
  • Project management skills with the ability to structure and lead initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build trusted relationships.
  • Analytical mindset, utilizing data and insights for decision-making.
  • Experience in driving change in dynamic environments.
  • Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Management Team and Remuneration Committee, including preparation of the Remuneration Report.
  • Further develop the organization's Career Framework.
  • Oversee annual reward processes, including global salary reviews and incentive awards.
  • Develop rewards-related policies and processes.
  • Manage performance management processes, including the annual performance cycle and training for managers.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in rewards processes.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on structure and development.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with Workday and J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions.
