Qualifications

  • M.Sc. degree in business, engineering, pharmacy, natural sciences, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of management experience, preferably with a background in leading through leaders.
  • Extensive experience in a highly regulated industry, with a strong understanding of GxP requirements; experience in aseptic production is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving Operational Excellence results.
  • Ability to adapt leadership style and explore diverse perspectives.
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Danish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 40 employees to deliver liquid and sterile products with high quality and cost efficiency.
  • Optimize and develop production areas to meet future product demands and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and global stakeholders to balance competing priorities.
  • Manage budget planning and execution for operational expenses and investments.
