• Extensive experience in fraud, trust & safety, or investigations within digital platforms, marketplaces, fintech, or high-growth technology sectors.
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams in fraud or investigations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Experience in leading complex investigations and making enforcement decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance platform protection and user experience.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex fraud trends to diverse stakeholders.
• Solutions-oriented with a focus on improving processes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global fraud and abuse strategy, identifying threats and shaping risk frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to enhance fraud detection systems.
• Oversee high-impact investigations and establish investigative standards.
• Drive operational excellence through efficient workflows and case management processes.
• Build proactive intelligence capabilities to detect emerging abuse patterns.
• Partner with Legal, Policy, and Communications teams to address fraud and platform integrity issues.
• Represent the organization externally on platform trust and fraud prevention matters.
• Lead and develop a global team of fraud specialists and investigators.
