Job summary

This role involves leading HR Business Partnering within a prominent agribusiness in Northern Europe, focusing on organizational performance and transformation. The position requires collaboration with Executive Leaders to shape the People & Culture agenda and enhance the HRBP operating model.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in senior HRBP or People & Culture leadership roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the food and agriculture sector.
  • Proven ability to partner with and challenge Executive Leaders.
  • Experience in leading organizational transformation and change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish and German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Leaders, driving organizational performance.
  • Lead an international HRBP team and contribute to the Global People & Culture Leadership Team.
  • Shape the People & Culture agenda across the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
  • Evolve the HRBP operating model and governance to better support business needs.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking balanced with pragmatic execution.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or related fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with HR management systems and tools relevant to People & Culture functions.
