Senior Digital Project Manager

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects focused on Operation Technology (OT) within the energy sector, contributing to a fossil-free future. This role emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and successful project delivery across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering, along with Project/Package Management disciplines.
• Experience with automation and control systems, particularly in the energy sector.
• Relevant experience in onshore and offshore technology, high voltage electrical systems, and construction projects. Skills in OT & IT project/program management from Wind, BESS, or PV industries are advantageous.
• Proficient in design, specification, configuration, and testing of OT & IT systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget, while capturing lessons learned.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources with transparency.
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities for timely project completion.
• Drive business success and customer satisfaction through effective project and stakeholder management.
• Contribute to internal process and team improvement initiatives.
