Job summary

The Product Manager for the B2B Webshop is responsible for understanding customer needs through research and analytics, collaborating with product teams and stakeholders to develop digital solutions that enhance value and address pain points. This role is part of a global team focused on optimizing commercial strategies and driving insights in the B2B market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in digital or data products within retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and delivery teams, bridging commercial, operational, and technical perspectives.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing decisions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision for the B2B Webshop, ensuring alignment with business needs and measurable value creation.
  • Create a prioritized product roadmap that balances usability, scalability, and adoption.
  • Define and track product OKRs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design leads to frame problems and shape solutions.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle from discovery to post-release impact measurement.
  • Embed user research and feedback into product requirements to ensure a customer-driven approach.
  • Maintain a clear backlog that communicates product priorities and trade-offs.
  • Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that articulate business context and success metrics.
  • Identify product and delivery risks early and define mitigation plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous delivery and experimentation.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with agile product development practices, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce trends and best practices for order capture and management.
  • Comfortable working in an international enterprise environment, with willingness to travel 10-20 days per year.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, as well as user research and analytics tools.
