Job summary

The Senior Digital Enablement Manager will focus on enhancing the adoption and effective use of digital end-user tools within Business Service Operations. This role involves launching a digital enablement community, shaping governance and standards, and developing training programs for various digital tools.

• Extensive experience with technologies such as Copilot, GenAI, and Power Automate.
• Proven ability to independently plan, set direction, and implement practical actions.
• Experience in delivering training and change management initiatives.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Curiosity about the impact of technology on processes and organizational capabilities.
• Familiarity with project or product management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish a digital enablement community to promote AI and productivity tool adoption.
• Develop governance and guidance for responsible technology use.
• Create training programs for colleagues on digital tools.
• Collaborate with super users to enhance knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
• Organize engagement activities to inspire productivity improvements.
• Facilitate forums for super users to share insights and feedback.
• Evaluate emerging digital opportunities to identify value-creating technology applications.
• Work with Product Managers to differentiate between end-user experimentation and formal product solutions.

Education

• Relevant experience in digital enablement or technology adoption roles.

Tools

• Familiarity with digital tools such as Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate, and other low-code/no-code solutions.
