Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent experience in data privacy and protection.
• Extensive hands-on experience with GDPR and international privacy regulations.
• Strong understanding of technology, AI governance, and privacy-by-design principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex topics from analysis to implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Pragmatic approach to balancing regulatory requirements with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on data privacy and protection across global operations.
• Guide on privacy-by-design, AI governance, and digital ethics.
• Support international data transfers and negotiate data processing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and manage data subject rights requests.
• Develop and improve privacy policies and governance frameworks.
• Lead strategic privacy projects and promote awareness through training.
• Collaborate with Technology, People Function, and legal teams to integrate privacy practices.
