Senior Corporate Strategy Specialist (Renewables, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role focuses on contributing to the strategic direction of a global organization, requiring strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving in a complex environment. The Senior Specialist will support the CEO and Executive Management in shaping and executing corporate strategy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar field
• Over 5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related in-house strategy role
• Background in capital goods, industrials, energy, or renewables, with wind industry experience as a strong advantage
• Proven ability to structure complex topics and create decision-ready materials for senior executives and boards
• Strong analytical skills with experience in strategic, financial, and operational data
• Experience in a complex, international organization with multiple stakeholders
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate high-quality strategy materials for Executive Management and the Board of Directors
• Support the CEO in creating strategy-related updates and monitoring materials for the Board
• Own and develop the Strategy Monitoring Cockpit and other Board-level reporting
• Coordinate and quality-assure strategic input from various regions and functions for Executive Management materials
• Assist in selected enterprise-wide strategic projects and analyses
