Senior Contract Manager (Construction, Hedehusene)

Job summary

The role involves managing post-award contracts for large CAPEX projects, ensuring timely delivery and supplier performance while protecting company interests. The position is based in Hedehusene and requires collaboration with project teams to facilitate effective project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or legal responsibility for large-scale projects in Construction or Renewable Energy.
• Experience managing complex greenfield projects from development through execution is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Draft post-award documents including Variation Orders, Claims, and notifications; manage insurance claims, bonds, and guarantees.
• Evaluate supplier performance against contractual obligations and conduct risk assessments with mitigation plans.
• Handle contractual disputes and claims, consulting with Sourcing teams as necessary.
• Support Project Managers in ensuring deliverables meet contractual terms and facilitate monthly contract management meetings.
• Manage contract closure processes and conduct post-contract evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in contract management or related fields.

Tools
