Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent development within a global context.
• Strong background in managing development programs end-to-end, including vendor and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable development solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data for program design and assessment.
• Fluent in English.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a comprehensive talent development ecosystem.
• Lead global early career and high-potential development programs.
• Identify and manage additional development initiatives.
• Shape high-quality experiences for participants and stakeholders.
• Oversee program management components, including budget and vendor management.
• Collaborate with team members to align programs with broader talent strategies.
• Continuously improve programs based on feedback and research.
• Advise HR Business Partners on talent development needs.
• Contribute to broader talent management initiatives as needed.
