Qualifications

  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive improvements.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve a comprehensive talent development ecosystem from early careers to senior leadership.
  • Lead global early career and high-potential development programs as a strategic product owner.
  • Manage development initiatives such as talent rotation and specialist pipeline programs.
  • Ensure high-quality experiences for participants and stakeholders.
  • Oversee program management components, including budget and vendor management.
  • Advise HR Business Partners on talent development needs.
  • Contribute to broader talent management initiatives as needed.

Skills

  • Strong presence and energy to lead programs and engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and build buy-in for complex topics.
  • Experience with digital and AI-enabled tools for talent development.
  • Continuous learner who stays updated on trends in talent development.

Education

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital and AI-enabled tools for enhancing learning and talent development.
