Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Proven experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into actionable analytical plans.
• Ability to produce client-ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Excellent written English skills (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents that replicate actual consulting work, including market sizing and operational diagnosis.
• Establish evaluation criteria and quality standards for tasks to train and calibrate an AI grading system.
