Senior Construction Project Manager

Job summary

The role involves leading the delivery of LEGO® Discovery Centre projects globally, including site developments and refurbishments. The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and effective collaboration with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction project management, preferably in retail, leisure, or experiential environments.
• Strong understanding of white box construction and fit-out processes, with a proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to handle multiple international projects simultaneously, managing priorities and timelines effectively.
• Commercial acumen, including skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, with experience in cross-functional teamwork and process improvement.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead global construction projects, ensuring timely and safe delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, overseeing procurement and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and external partners, to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project risks, budgets, and progress, providing clear reporting and governance.
• Contribute to the development of global processes and best practices for project delivery.
