Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards, focusing on compensation design
  • Proven experience managing global compensation programs

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement global compensation programs aligned with business strategies
  • Lead annual salary reviews, merit cycles, bonus frameworks, and incentive programs
  • Maintain global salary structures and job architecture, ensuring market competitiveness through benchmarking
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compensation decisions and pay strategy
  • Drive pay transparency and compliance initiatives
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Standardize and digitalize compensation processes, optimizing systems in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation with performance management

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a structured, solution-oriented mindset

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Tools
