Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, data science, analytics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in global or strategic marketing, particularly with digitally embedded solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-organizational projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and ambition for the digital platform, developing strategies for market expansion.
  • Shape the data strategy and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
  • Gather user needs and prioritize product improvements in collaboration with product owners.
  • Define positioning strategies and support evidence generation.
  • Manage market rollouts, including forecasting and user journey mapping.
  • Collect and prioritize commercial data insights to inform actions.
  • Collaborate with R&D, digital, marketing, and local markets.
  • Travel approximately 60 days per year for stakeholder engagement.

Education

  • Master’s degree in relevant fields as mentioned above.
