About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the development and commercialization of innovative digital solutions within the Ostomy Care product line at a global Med Tech company. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on driving product launches and maximizing the potential of the Ostomy Care portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business/commercial disciplines, data science, analytics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in global or strategic marketing with digitally embedded solutions or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience managing cross-organizational projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and commercial strategies for the Heylo digital platform.
  • Shape the data strategy and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
  • Gather user insights to inform product development and improvements.
  • Lead market rollout strategies and manage the forecasting process.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Digital & Data, Marketing, and local markets.
  • Conduct extensive travel (approximately 60 days per year) for stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to innovation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative communication skills to engage and influence colleagues.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field as specified above.

Tools

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and project management methodologies.
