Senior Commercial Product Manager (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves driving the commercial success of a leading lab software portfolio for dental laboratories worldwide. The Senior Commercial Product Manager will collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant commercial experience with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in go-to-market execution, pricing, and growth initiatives for software or technology products.
• Proven ability to achieve commercial outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, particularly in a B2B software or MedTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for adoption and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to drive growth initiatives.
• Ensure launch readiness for new products and major releases.
• Own pricing and packaging recommendations to maximize customer value.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including introductions and end-of-life planning.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop sales enablement materials and training in partnership with Marketing and Customer Experience.
• Engage directly with customers and represent the company at industry events, with approximately 20-30 travel days per year.
