Job summary

An experienced Senior Client Executive is sought to manage a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients, serving as their strategic partner in risk and insurance. This role involves enhancing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, the executive will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the corporate client strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance, risk advisory, or brokerage
  • Strong knowledge of general insurance products and risk transfer solutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios with high retention and growth rates
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex issues
  • Solid negotiation skills with experience in renewal and placement discussions
  • High professional integrity and client-centric approach
  • Fluency in English; Danish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth
  • Act as a strategic advisor, identifying client needs and creating tailored solutions
  • Lead renewal and placement strategies, including negotiations and client presentations
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across various products
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers and external partners
  • Participate in business development activities for new corporate clients
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data in client discussions
  • Experience in developing new business within the corporate segment
  • Coaching or mentoring experience with junior colleagues

Education

  • Relevant degree or professional qualifications in insurance or risk management preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for client management and insurance brokerage
