The Senior Category Manager for Machinery and Electrical will lead the global category strategy, focusing on sourcing, negotiations, and supplier partnerships. Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and priorities as a member of the Machinery & Electrical Leadership Team.
• Own end-to-end category management, including supplier selection, contracts, and performance.
• Lead OPEX and CAPEX sourcing projects with accountability for commercial outcomes.
• Conduct tenders and negotiations impacting the company's P&L.
• Analyze spending patterns and identify cost drivers to implement actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to enhance performance and value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and fleet for alignment and execution.
• Ensure accuracy of catalogues, pricing, and commercial terms.
