  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a resilience to navigate ambiguity and drive transformation.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee global brand partnerships and activations, defining success metrics and executing plans across channels.
  • Lead the outbound licensing portfolio in the Americas, ensuring product offerings resonate with consumers.
  • Enhance commercial performance through improved demand planning and vendor management.
  • Manage a diverse supplier base, ensuring product quality aligns with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams to integrate campaigns and support commercial planning efforts.
