Senior Business Transformation Manager

Job summary

The role involves leading strategic, cross-functional projects within the Onshore Business Excellence team, focusing on business transformation in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities include identifying improvement opportunities, managing complex initiatives, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; strong academic record preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in transformation, improvement, or strategy roles, preferably in the Energy sector.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to independently manage projects from problem identification to solution development.
• Strong analytical and structured approach to complex challenges, utilizing methodologies like problem-solving and design thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders including senior management.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Swedish, Danish, or Dutch are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-departmental improvement projects by identifying challenges and opportunities.
• Own the delivery of strategic projects aligned with the company's operating model.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders through effective communication and presentations.
• Act as a Business Improvement Partner to departmental leadership.
• Mentor project teams and support team development initiatives.
