Responsibilities

• Support and execute the STAR training transition across all phases.
• Establish and maintain a structured training framework, including templates and governance.
• Coordinate training activities with stakeholders at both global and country levels.
• Develop and improve training materials and knowledge hub content.
• Implement a structured process for training updates based on impact.
• Track and align training governance across countries.
• Support the development of business trainer capabilities and training quality.
• For Senior level: Drive standardization and scalability of the training framework, contribute to governance models, analyze feedback for improvements, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
