Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve standards, methods, tools, and governance frameworks for business process management.
  • Support understanding of new digital workflows and their impact on existing processes.
  • Inspire and motivate colleagues to integrate process work into the business.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business process management or related field.
