• Assist in driving strategic priorities, business planning, and key organizational initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality materials for Executive Management, Board of Directors, and leadership meetings.
• Lead and coordinate strategic and tactical projects across Europe & International Operations.
• Ensure strong project management discipline with clear timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Support leadership meetings, including agenda setting and follow-up on key decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the EVP and Leadership Team on day-to-day activities.
• Provide analytical support and business insights for informed decision-making.
• Improve ways of working and governance across Europe & International Operations.

Education
