Job summary

The role involves integrating IT and OT systems within large-scale pharmaceutical projects, focusing on PLC and SCADA systems. The position is part of the PLC Systems department, which engages in all project lifecycle stages, ensuring compliance and quality in regulated environments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation engineering within pharmaceutical industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with automated warehouse and logistics systems is advantageous.
  • Understanding of IT and OT system integration, including ERP, MES, and DCS/PCS layers.
  • Experience in system integration testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols such as OPC-UA and Profinet.
  • Understanding of GMP/GAMP requirements in regulated industries.
  • Experience with OT security and IT integration requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation solutions in both traditional and innovative manners.
  • Engage in discussions regarding system architectures and integrations with various platforms.
  • Contribute to standardization efforts and alignment with target architectures.
  • Document, test, and verify solutions in both new and existing facilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including customers and IT partners.

Education
