Senior AI Program Manager (Contract, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing AI-driven projects over a 6-month contract, ensuring they align with business goals. The position requires leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI solutions while managing project timelines and resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale transformation programs with a budget scope of 200M–1B+ DKK across IT and business sectors.
• Manage end-to-end program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination among multiple teams and departments, comprising 100–400 FTEs.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured programs with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Engage and align senior stakeholders and executives in complex environments.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in program delivery.
• Support initiatives related to digitalization, simplification, and AI-enabled services.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in program management, IT delivery, or transformation leadership.
• Proven success in delivering complex, high-impact programs in regulated sectors.
• Strong background in banking, insurance, or public sector.
• Expertise in program and portfolio management, agile and hybrid delivery models, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage large budgets and navigate organizational complexities.
• Experience leading through change and transformation.
