Senior AI Engineer

Job summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join an AI Center of Excellence in Hedehusene. This role involves collaborating with global teams to design, develop, and deploy custom AI products and analytics solutions, with a focus on machine learning and generative AI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in AI and Data Science, preferably in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience working with LLMs, transformer models, vector databases, and related technologies.
• Proven experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical delivery of AI products.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud computing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI products and applications using modern technologies such as Azure OpenAI and Langchain.
• Maintain and enhance custom generative AI products and LLM APIs.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to support the development of the core AI platform using cloud technologies.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD processes for AI workloads.
• Establish best practices for AI projects and recommend improvements to enhance the data science function.

Tools

• Familiarity with Python packages like FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic.
