Job summary

This role involves leading AI strategy and innovation within a consulting environment, focusing on transforming commerce through AI solutions for clients across the Nordics. Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data-driven transformation.
• Track record of linking AI initiatives to commercial outcomes and business KPIs.
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or high-growth environments.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI vision and roadmap.
• Stay updated on trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive commerce.
• Develop AI-driven use cases to enhance conversion and revenue.
• Partner with commercial teams to deliver AI solutions and quantify ROI.
• Define end-to-end AI architecture and ensure compliance and scalability.
• Recruit and mentor AI and data science talent, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and represent the organization through thought leadership.
• Drive ethical AI principles and align solutions with legal standards.
