Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, consulting, or a related field within the Life Sciences industry.
• Hands-on experience in clinical operations, clinical data management, trial design, or regulatory processes.
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and business analysis artifacts.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in AI, data, or digital transformation projects, with knowledge of AI system development and validation.
• Ability to work independently across US or Canadian time zones.
• Familiarity with AI or ML tools in clinical development and regulatory guidelines relevant to AI in clinical contexts.
• Prior consulting experience in a Life Sciences technology or strategy firm.
• Knowledge of data platforms used in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder sessions to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and process documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Evaluate client processes to identify AI-driven improvement opportunities.
• Define and validate AI use cases in clinical development.
• Collaborate with data scientists and designers to ensure AI solutions meet client goals.
• Support change management activities including training and communication.
• Assist in business development through proposals and client presentations.
