Senior Account Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of existing customers within a fully remote environment, focusing on various solutions including Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, and Contractor of Record (COR). The position requires building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and providing strategic solutions tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growing existing accounts and driving expansion bookings.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across various functions.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies, such as MEDPICC.
• Strong sales process discipline, including pipeline development and accurate reporting.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on creative deal structuring.
• Self-directed and comfortable in a distributed, asynchronous work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas while managing the entire sales cycle.
• Provide coaching and support to the team on best practices for multi-product deals.
• Identify and progress new expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within accounts.
• Present the full suite of services to existing customers.
• Own customer relationships from opportunity identification to successful handover.
• Design solutions that meet the communication needs of mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
