Job summary

This role focuses on building and scaling partnerships with publishers in key markets within the Paid Media division. The Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing new publishers, managing existing relationships, and driving performance across paid channels while collaborating with internal teams and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in iGaming, preferably in affiliate, paid media, or partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing models such as CPA, RevShare, CPL, and hybrid.
  • Proven experience working with publishers and affiliates.
  • Commercial mindset with confidence in negotiating deals and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics, including tools like Tableau and GA4.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on clarity and partnership.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new publishers across priority markets (US, CA, EU, LATAM).
  • Build a robust pipeline of high-quality traffic sources, including networks and affiliates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with partners.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with publishers, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns proactively, focusing on traffic quality and conversion.
  • Scale existing partnerships by exploring new opportunities, markets, and products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are effectively set up, tracked, and optimized.
  • Review performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Act as the voice of publishers internally, sharing feedback and insights to shape the paid media offering.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

Skills

  • Experience with sweepstakes, social traffic, or emerging paid channels is a plus.
  • Existing network of publishers or affiliates is advantageous.
