The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, focusing on developing and executing joint account plans that lead to revenue and pipeline growth. Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in senior account management, partner management, or alliance roles in a global B2B context.
  • Proven track record in partner-led sales, co-selling, and joint go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage strategic account plans for global partners, establishing joint priorities and growth targets.
  • Generate partner-led revenue in key regions.
  • Implement joint go-to-market initiatives in alignment with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives in partner organizations.
  • Conduct structured business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for complex partner engagements.
  • Equip partners with necessary knowledge and tools for success.
  • Provide insights and market intelligence to inform partner strategy and product development.

Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders across various levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
