Security & Travel Risk Specialist (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves managing security and travel risks for a global organization, ensuring the safety of colleagues and projects in various environments. The position is part of a dedicated Group Security team focused on risk management, crisis management, and travel risk programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5-8 years) in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with Travel Risk Management systems and standards, including HEAT training, is a plus.
• Military or law enforcement background is advantageous but not required.
• Certification in advanced root cause analysis methodology is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Global Travel Risk Management Program in line with organizational risk appetite.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contracts related to travel risk.
• Administer Travel Risk Management software and tools.
• Ensure quality assurance of risk mitigations for high-risk travel.
• Handle the Duty phone function and related responsibilities.
• Investigate travel risk incidents and implement future mitigations.
• Support Group Security with additional team responsibilities as needed.
