Security Operations Manager (Budapest)

Job summary

The role involves supporting the Head of Security in Sweden and Group Functions by managing communication and structure across the security agenda. The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects, preparing presentations, and ensuring effective follow-up on security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management, PMO, or coordination roles, ideally in security, risk, crisis management, or compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and presenting in meetings.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to high integrity and security awareness.
• Interest in security and aspirations for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Security with decision-making materials and daily coordination.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for leadership.
• Gather and coordinate input from various security stakeholders.
• Lead or co-lead security projects, ensuring alignment and implementation.
• Monitor actions, risks, and dependencies to facilitate decision-making and closure.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on priorities and operational methods.
