Job summary

The role involves facilitating the delivery of a flexible HR product by connecting development teams and ensuring effective communication across the organization. The Scrum Master will work closely with various teams to establish routines and improve collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish effective daily routines for development teams.
• Facilitate purposeful interactions that enhance coordination and decision-making.
• Collaborate with another Scrum Master to align support and address cross-team challenges.
• Enhance collaboration among Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in a network of Scrum Masters across the organization.

Education
