Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing and scaling core systems that drive go-to-market performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The Salesforce Operations Analyst will manage Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring effective data flow, accurate reporting, and efficient lead management across various regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM operations, or revenue operations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot, including lead scoring and integration with Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes.
  • Experience with AI-powered analytics and reporting tools is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
