Job summary

This position involves managing daily operational tasks to support sales activities in a dynamic environment. The role requires effective client interaction and collaboration with senior staff during client visits and events.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin, both spoken and written
  • Experience in operational management with a focus on day-to-day tasks
  • Familiarity with sales support, client engagement, and lead follow-ups
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging tour itineraries and packages
  • Coordinate logistics including accommodations, transport, and activities
  • Maintain regular contact with Tour Leaders during tours for adjustments and problem-solving
  • Prepare and send final travel documents to clients
  • Ensure quality and financial accountability for tours
  • Manage client queries and prepare service offers
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing
  • Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Support guest inquiries and provide necessary information
  • Cover for other departments as needed
  • Participate in sales-related activities and client engagements

Education

  • Prior experience in a relevant field is preferred.
