Sales Market Security Manager

Job summary

The Sales Market Security Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing security services across stores and offices in the sales market. This role involves leading a team of security professionals to ensure the protection of personnel, assets, and the company's reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPP, PSP, CPO, IOSH/NEBOSH Safety Certification)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail security, loss prevention, or physical security management, preferably in a multinational retail environment
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, security technologies, risk assessment methods, and investigative procedures
• Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and crisis response protocols
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior escalation point for misconduct, fraud, investigations, and policy breaches
• Coordinate crisis simulations and cross-functional response activations
• Lead the loss prevention strategy, set goals, and monitor KPIs to reduce shrinkage
• Train sales market teams on loss prevention best practices
• Oversee the security systems roadmap and drive innovation in the security ecosystem
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and guide the H&S team
• Provide leadership during audits and compliance reviews
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
• Support talent development through coaching and performance management
