About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading sales execution and driving revenue growth in a fully remote environment focused on the U.S. market. The Sales Manager will oversee CRM operations, manage inbound leads, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of relevant sales experience with a strong focus on execution and revenue growth.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, leading and developing sales teams.
  • Proven track record in sales roles with ownership of targets and pipelines.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot or similar.
  • Experience in managing inbound sales, ideally in a B2C or high-volume context.
  • Experience leading teams of 5 or more Sales Representatives.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent in English, with experience in call-based sales models.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize CRM and sales operations, ensuring effective pipeline management and data hygiene.
  • Lead and develop the sales team through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Manage high-volume inbound lead flow, ensuring efficient handling and response times.
  • Maintain call quality and communication standards for client interactions.
  • Utilize data and metrics to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively solve problems and initiate improvements in sales processes and tools.

  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales operations.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales management.
