A proactive and driven sales professional is sought to manage and grow business within the marine segment, focusing on HVAC/R solutions for global customers. This role involves presenting a portfolio of marine products and services to maritime fleets worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused sales manager with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the marine segment and HVAC/R industry.
  • Technical understanding of industrial or marine refrigeration.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant technical education such as Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical/Automation Engineer, or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative, competitive, and timely estimates and proposals.
  • Effectively utilize sales tools to plan and document account progress.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for HVAC/R solutions.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct business adhering to ethical standards and company processes.
  • Travel to meet clients and prospects, approximately 30 days per year.

Skills

  • Strong adaptability and customer orientation.
  • Technical flair for understanding complex solutions in HVAC/R.

Education

  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in the marine or HVAC/R field.

Tools

  • Proficient in sales tools and CRM systems.
