The role involves leading sales efforts for Advanced Wound Management solutions across the Nordics, focusing on both acute and community care settings. This position is key to driving regional growth and developing high-performing teams while ensuring commercial excellence in a complex healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a surgical or operating room-based business.
  • First-line sales management experience within a complex clinical portfolio.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in senior-level negotiations.
  • Coaching-led leadership style with a focus on team development.
  • Ability to influence clinical, economic, and executive stakeholders.
  • Full driver's license and fluency in English required.
  • Collaborative, resilient, and motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own regional performance and lead a first-line sales team across hospitals and community care.
  • Drive high-value commercial opportunities and manage a diverse regional pipeline.
  • Coach, mentor, and performance-manage the sales team, embedding leading sales practices.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders in acute and community settings.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and senior stakeholder reporting.
  • Ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in business operations.

  • Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field preferred.
