About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on transforming sales execution through the implementation of a Salesforce-powered Sales Force Automation (SFA) platform across Western Europe. The SFA Commercial Lead will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and integration of the new system into daily operations, enhancing field sales effectiveness and driving commercial growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading CRM/SFA rollouts, particularly with Salesforce, including change management and training.
  • Strong understanding of field sales execution, especially in FMCG/CPG sectors.
  • Ability to define and track performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the embedment program for SFA, ensuring it becomes the standard operating procedure for the sales force.
  • Manage end-to-end change management during rollouts, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
  • Monitor adoption and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
  • Develop training programs and resources to support long-term adoption of the SFA platform.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to influence the evolution of the SFA capability.
  • Create and disseminate best practices through playbooks and templates for future rollouts.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and accountability in driving results in complex transformations.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive behavioral change across diverse markets.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
