Job summary

This role focuses on driving sales growth within small to medium enterprises across the EMEA region, offering engaging learning solutions. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales process, from outreach to closing deals, while fostering relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of commercial experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven B2B sales track record; experience as an SDR or BDR is valued.
  • Strong cold-calling skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages preferred.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to articulate business value in complex sales situations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, including proactive outreach and post-sale account management.
  • Engage prospects through calls and emails, dedicating time to outbound efforts.
  • Build relationships with existing clients to explore opportunities for larger agreements.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular business reports.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Presales, and Product teams to align on business objectives.

  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales environments.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales or business development.

Tools
