Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AI agents and their integration with enterprise systems.
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to translate AI concepts into business value.
  • Adaptable and engaged with the advancements in agentic AI and automation.
  • Preferred experience in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, or construction.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by targeting strategic industrial accounts through self-driven demand and planned campaigns.
  • Conduct consultative discussions about agentic AI, orchestration, and decision intelligence.
  • Position the AI platform as a unique solution for operationalizing AI in enterprises.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs, to build credibility and trust.
  • Identify and close high-value opportunities centered on AI-driven automation.
  • Collaborate with account teams and AI product specialists in a matrixed go-to-market model.

Skills

  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on complex software solutions.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
