Sales Engineer Trainee (Nordics, Baltics, UK, Aarhus)

Job summary

The role involves supporting customers with technical quotations and sustainable cooling and heating solutions. The Sales Engineer Trainee will work closely with the sales team and collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Technical education in technology management, marine engineering, or equivalent.
• Interest or experience in refrigeration or heat pumps is preferred.
• Practical experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to communicate confidently in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult and guide customers in sustainable climate solutions.
• Design and propose optimal solutions for clients.
• Follow up on customer projects and maintain relationships.
• Close orders through structured CRM activities.
• Document orders and facilitate handover to production.
• Provide market feedback to product development.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using various IT systems.

Education

• Technical education in relevant fields or equivalent experience in refrigeration.
