Job summary

The role involves driving sales and providing sustainable cooling and heating solutions for French-speaking clients. The Sales Engineer will support customers with technical quotations, product design, and project specifications, while collaborating with sales, R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

  • Technical education, preferably with experience in refrigeration or heat pumps.
  • Interest in technical sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to transform quotes into orders and willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and guide customers on sustainable climate solutions.
  • Design and propose optimal solutions for clients.
  • Follow up on customer projects and maintain relationships.
  • Close orders using structured CRM activities.
  • Prepare order documentation for production handover.
  • Provide market feedback to product development teams.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office.

Education

  • Technical education in a relevant field.

Tools

  • CRM software for managing customer interactions and orders.
  • Microsoft Office for documentation and communication.
