Qualifications

  • Technical degree or extensive hands-on experience in refrigeration
  • Experience in technical sales or engineering
  • Strong business mindset with a focus on closing deals
  • Proficient in navigating CRM systems and managing multiple projects
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Consult and guide customers on sustainable climate solutions
  • Design and calculate technical solutions for clients
  • Proactively follow up on customer projects and sales pipeline
  • Drive sales and close orders using structured CRM activities
  • Ensure high-quality documentation for orders and smooth production handover
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships
  • Provide market feedback for product development
