Job summary

The role involves serving as the primary technical liaison with customers, focusing on battery energy storage systems. Responsibilities include developing technical documentation, evaluating integration contexts, and ensuring compliance with permitting requirements. The position also entails identifying new business opportunities and acting as a technical point of contact for both internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and resolve complex engineering challenges
• Experience with project deployment and familiarity with permitting processes and technical drawings
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of Battery Systems, Power Conversion, and grid systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first level technical interface with customers
• Create technical and process documentation for project evaluations and deployments
• Assess integration contexts for battery systems and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with external partners to determine the best technical fit for battery systems
• Gather and communicate functional market requirements with internal teams
• Assist customers in securing necessary permits and ensuring technical reliability of solutions
• Provide technical sign-off for customer offers
• Identify new business opportunities and storage applications
