About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading and expanding market presence in the Nordics for a cybersecurity firm, focusing on critical infrastructure and industrial sectors. The Sales Director will drive new business, manage existing accounts, and collaborate with global leadership to shape long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity or technology sales, with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, network security, Zero Trust, IoT/IIoT, or industrial technology environments.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas, specifically $3–5M+ ARR.
  • Experience in sectors such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, and Commercial.
  • Established relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners in the Nordics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial activities across the Nordics market and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and leaders in OT/Engineering.
  • Generate qualified sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and account development.
  • Develop multi-year strategies for key accounts and expand existing business.
  • Collaborate with regional partners and support joint account planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events and provide market insights to support strategy.

Skills

  • Strong consultative selling skills with advanced negotiation abilities.
  • Capable of articulating complex technical value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable discussing OT networks and threat detection capabilities.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and results-driven with a competitive mindset.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales forecasting tools such as Clari is a plus.
