Job summary

This role seeks passionate sales professionals to drive business development in the Nordics region. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will engage with prospective clients, utilizing strong communication skills to identify needs and suggest suitable products or services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making outbound calls to C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a sales role, such as Business Development Representative or Sales Account Executive.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language is required.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Strong understanding of customer pain points and the ability to correlate business needs to value.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and meet production goals.
  • Experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for prospecting and workflow enhancement.
  • Strong drive and team-oriented mindset.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on security product offerings.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and others is a plus.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools for sales prospecting and outreach is encouraged.
