Job summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating business opportunities by researching and engaging potential accounts. This role involves building a pipeline, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings that convert into sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field; analytical subjects are a plus.
  • Positive attitude and determination to overcome objections.
  • Native or business fluent in English.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment.
  • Cold calling experience is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Research new markets and build a pipeline of potential leads.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers.
  • Become knowledgeable about the brand and SaaS product.
  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct a minimum of 80 outbound activities daily, including 40 calls and 40 emails.
  • Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads.
  • Nurture relationships with potential customers.
  • Schedule demos with qualified leads for the Account Executive team.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on industry news and the social media landscape.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce and Salesloft.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
